“Bridging Horizons”
— Toon Van Rompay

Co-Founder | Licensed Holy Land Guide

For Toon, every journey is an opportunity to build bridges. Between history and the present. Between cultures and traditions. Between different perspectives. Inspired by his personal motto, 'Bridging Horizons,' he believes that meaningful travel creates understanding, encourages dialogue, and builds lasting connections between people and cultures. The greatest reward is seeing visitors leave with a broader perspective, a deeper understanding of the Holy Land, and a genuine appreciation for its history, people, and complexity.

My Approach

Originally from Belgium, Toon made Israel his home and has dedicated his career to exploring the rich history, geopolitics, and cultural diversity of the Holy Land. As a licensed Israeli tour guide, he is passionate about helping visitors understand not only where history happened, but also why it continues to shape the region today. With a particular interest in military history, archaeology, and the geopolitical landscape of the Middle East, Toon brings depth, clarity, and context to every journey. He has a gift for making complex historical events and contemporary realities accessible, engaging, and thought-provoking. Whether standing on an ancient battlefield, walking through Jerusalem's layered history, or discussing today's regional challenges, Toon encourages travelers to look beyond headlines and discover the many perspectives that define this remarkable land.
